§ 35.35 RESPONSIBILITY OF CONDUCTING ELECTIONS.
   The authority and responsibility of conducting elections shall be that of the Registration and Elections Commission of Pickens County as set forth by ordinance duly passed by the governing body of the municipality and governed by the code of laws of the State.
