§ 152.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The Legislature of the State of South Carolina has in S.C. Code of Laws, Title 5 and Title 6, and amendments thereto, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the Mayor and City Council of Easley, South Carolina does ordain as follows.
