§ 33.06 TAKING EQUIPMENT AND FIREFIGHTERS OUT OF CITY.
   No members or equipment of the Fire Department shall be taken out of the city or leave the city for any fire or fire call outside of the city, except in accordance with contractual agreements established and adopted by the City Council. Payment for the services of firefighters and equipment upon such calls shall be made in accordance with such rules and regulations.
