§ 33.01 FIRE CHIEF.
   (A)   There shall be appointed by the Mayor a Chief of the Fire Department. ('90 Code, § 12-9)
   (B)   The Chief of the Fire Department shall have general superintendence and control of the Fire Department, subject to the City Council. ('90 Code, § 12-10)
