§ 32.51 COMPOSITION.
   The Board of Zoning Appeals shall consist of five members appointed by City Council for terms of three years, staggered so that one-third of the members shall have terms expiring in each year. Members shall serve until their successors are appointed and qualified. No member of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be the holder of an elected public office in the city of Easley or county of Pickens.
