Pursuant to S.C. Code §§ 23-9-310 et seq., the city establishes a local board of trustees, to be known as the Trustees of the Firemen's Insurance Inspection Fund. This Board of Trustees shall be composed of three members, consisting of the Mayor, the Chairman of the Council Fire Committee, and the Chief of the Fire Department. The trustees shall have the right to adopt such regulations for the administration of its duties as may be allowed by law.
