§ 151.33 JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIANS.
   A journeyman electrician's certificate shall be granted to any person who has passed a satisfactory examination thereof, as set forth in this code. A journeyman electrician shall always work under the supervision of a master electrician or fixture dealer or serve as a maintenance electrician as provided for elsewhere in this code.
