(A) The Building Official is hereby authorized to suspend a certificate of occupancy upon failure of an owner, tenant or agent to use, occupy or maintain the property in conformance with all applicable laws or codes.
(B) The Building Official is also hereby authorized to revoke any certificate of occupancy for failure of any owner, tenant or agent to correct any violation of any applicable law or code when due notice has been given and within the stipulated time of such notice. The Building Official shall reissue such suspended or revoked certificate of occupancy upon full compliance with all applicable laws and codes.
