§ 134.04 PUBLIC POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to possess an open container or to drink any spirituous malt, vinous, fermented, brewed or other type of beer or wine which contains alcohol and is used as a beverage on any street, highway, park or public place not lawfully licensed to sell such beverage. A lawful exemption of the aforementioned is during the hours and location of a special event that has been properly permitted by the city.
