All the provisions and requirements of the general law of the state in regard to crimes and offenses, the violation of which are punishable as misdemeanors, as contained in S.C. Code Title 16 and amendments or additions thereto, insofar as such provisions can have application within the city, are hereby adopted and made part of this title as fully as though set out herein.
