(A) The City of Easley may revoke, suspend, or refuse to issue or renew a license pursuant to this chapter and invoke a monetary penalty of up to $1,087 (including penalties) upon evidence determined by the City of Easley that the license of the facility under this chapter has:
(1) Failed to maintain a business address or telephone number at which the check cashing, title loan lender, deferred presentment lender, pawn shop, and bail bonding facilities may be reached during business hours; or
(2) Violated this chapter or any applicable law or regulation.
(B) Any person found to be in violation of this chapter and has their license revoked, suspended, or refused may make an appeal pursuant to Easley Zoning Ordinance § 16.14.
(C) If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision of this chapter or the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Easley shall be declared invalid unenforceable or unconstitutional by the final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudication shall apply to only such section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision and shall not affect the remaining provisions of this chapter or the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Easley, which shall be deemed severable, valid, enforceable, and effective.
