§ 117.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished in accordance with City of Easley Code of Ordinances, § 10.99. Each day any violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
