§ 115.19 PAYMENT OF CITY TAX PREREQUISITE TO ISSUANCE.
   No certificate shall be issued by the city for the operation of any taxicab business unless, with the application for such certificate, there is submitted satisfactory evidence of the payment of the ad valorem tax of the city upon any vehicle to be operated, if any shall have been assessed there against.
