§ 115.04 PURCHASE OR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY OWNER OR DRIVER.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner or driver of a motor vehicle used as a taxi or used in the transportation of passengers for hire to purchase for or sell to a passenger alcoholic beverages for cash or credit. In no event will such purchase be deemed a part of the legal fare.
