§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating §§ 95.11, 95.12 and 95.25 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, plus any additional state assessments.
