§ 95.15 PAYMENT OF COSTS AND SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY THE CITY.
   The city may impose reasonable fees and requirements upon the applicant as are necessary to cover the cost of public services and equipment provided by the city for the event. The applicant or sponsor shall be responsible for cleanup after an event. A bond may be required.
