§ 95.10 NOTICE TO CITY AND OTHER OFFICIALS.

   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade, public assembly permit, the Chief of Police shall send a copy thereof to the following:

   (A)   The Mayor;

   (B)   City Council;

   (C)   City Administrator;

   (D)   The City Attorney;

   (E)   The Fire Chief;

   (F)   The Director of Public Works; and

   (G)   Director of Planning and Development.
