(A) In denying an application for a parade, event, block party, performance or filming permit the Chief of Police may authorize the conduct of the parade, event, block party, performance or filming at a date, time, location, or route different from that named by the applicant. Within two days after notice of the action of the Chief of Police, an applicant desiring to accept an alternative permit shall file a written notice of acceptance with the Chief of Police.
(B) An alternative parade, event, block party, performance or filming permit shall conform to the requirements of, and shall have the effect of a parade, event, block party, performance or filming permit issued under this chapter.
