Matters to be considered by the Council at a regular meeting shall be placed on a written agenda prepared by the chief administrative officer and publicly posted by the City Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday prior to the regular meeting on Monday or, in the case of a called meeting, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Matters not on the agenda may be considered upon request of a member, unless two members object.
