§ 93.20 AUTHORITY OF FIRE CHIEF TO REQUIRE CERTAIN TANKS TO BE PLACED UNDERGROUND.
   The Chief of the Fire Department or his or her assistant is hereby authorized to require all compressed and liquefied gas tanks or containers of over 50 gallon water capacity for use in the first fire zone, or business district, to be located underground.
