§ 92.10 FINDINGS OF HOUSING BOARD OF APPEALS.
   (A)   If the Housing Board determines that the respondent has not engaged in an unlawful practice, the Board shall state its findings of fact and conclusions of law and shall issue an order dismissing the complaint. A copy of the order shall be delivered to the complainant, the respondent, the City Attorney and such other public officers and persons as the Board deems proper.
   (B)   If the Housing Board determines that the respondent has engaged in an unlawful practice, it shall state its findings of fact and recommendations to the Housing Officer. The Housing Officer shall in appropriate cases obtain an arrest warrant for violation of this chapter from the City Recorder.
