(A) Animal Control Officer making charge. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, with the exception of § 90.25, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in Sec. 1-7 of the Pickens County Code of Ordinances.
(B) Easley police officer making charge. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, with the exception of § 90.25, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, plus any state assessments.
