All the provisions and requirements of the general law of the state in regard to vehicles and traffic, as contained in the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on the Highways, and all amendments or additions thereto, being S.C. Code §§ 56-5-10 et seq., insofar as such provisions can have application within the city, are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter as fully as though set out herein.
