(A) No person shall introduce or cause to be introduced into the City of Easley’s storm sewer system any discharge that is not composed entirely of stormwater. The commencement, conduct or continuance of any non-stormwater discharge to the city’s separate storm sewer system is prohibited except as identified in §§ 52.015 through 52.017 and State Regulation 72-300 thru 72-316.
(B) Except discharges specified in writing by the City of Easley as being necessary to protect public health and safety.
