The following requirements shall apply to all locations and development at which land disturbing activities have occurred previous to the enactment of this chapter:
(A) Denuded areas must be vegetated or covered under the standards and guidelines specified in the City of Easley’s LDR and SCDHEC’s Storm Water Management BMP Handbook, and on a schedule acceptable to the city.
(B) Cuts and slopes must be properly covered with appropriate vegetation and/or retaining walls constructed.
(C) Drainage ways shall be properly covered in vegetation or secured with rip-rap, channel lining, and the like, to prevent erosion.
(D) Trash, junk, rubbish, and the like shall be cleared from drainage ways.
(E) Stormwater runoff shall be controlled to the maximum extent practical to prevent pollution of local waters.
