Parties responsible for the operation and maintenance of a stormwater management facility shall make records of the installation of the stormwater facility, and of all maintenance and repairs to the facility, and shall retain the records for at least three years. These records shall be made available to a city official during inspection of the facility and at other reasonable times upon request. All plans must be kept on site at all times. In addition, a permanent BMP maintenance agreement must be signed for each permanent BMP on site and submitted to the City of Easley’s SWMD before permit is issued.
