§ 52.065 HOTSPOTS.
   Stormwater discharges from land uses or activities with higher potential pollutant loadings, known as “hotspots,” as defined in § 52.003, require the use of specific stormwater management BMPs as specified in the most recent version of the Land Development Regulations and SCDHEC BMP Manual. The use of infiltration practices without pretreatment is prohibited.
