§ 52.057 CHANNEL PROTECTION.
   Protection of channels from bank and bed erosion and degradation shall be provided by attenuating the 24-hour extended detention storage of runoff of the post-development one-year, 24-hour return frequency storm event or controlling the peak discharge rate from the two-year storm event to the pre-development rate.
