The City of Easley’s Land Development Regulations (LDRs) and/or SCDHEC Storm Water BMP Handbook. The city’s LDRs includes a list of acceptable BMPs, including the specific design performance criteria and operation and maintenance requirements for each stormwater practice. The manual may be updated and expanded from time to time. The city’s Stormwater Management Division also recognizes and accepts SCDHEC’s Storm Water BMP Handbook as a guideline for design requirements for the city’s stormwater permit.
