§ 52.007 SEVERABILITY.
   Whenever there is a conflict between any standard contained in this chapter and in the Land Developing Regulations and in Ord. 2004-19 (codified herein as Chapter 53, Illicit Discharges and Illegal Connections to Storm Sewer System), for the City of Easley adopted by the City of Easley under this chapter, the strictest standard shall prevail.
