§ 52.004 AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is adopted under authority granted by South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) by the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit for storm water discharges from regulated small municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s), Permit Number SCR030000, pursuant to the regulations of the federal Clean Water Act found at 40 CFR 122.34, and as authorized by the City of Easley through Council approval.
