§ 10.13 PROVISIONS CONSIDERED AS CONTINUATIONS OF EXISTING ORDINANCES; ORDINANCES REPEALED.
   The provisions appearing in this code, so far as they are in substance the same as those of the 1990 City Code and all ordinances adopted subsequent to the 1990 City Code, shall be considered as continuations thereof and not as new enactments.
