Payment of the regulatory license fee shall accompany tax returns approved for use by the CABC and the City Clerk. The return shall be submitted to the CABC by the fifteenth day of each month for the preceding month’s sales. The fraction of the fee required under the provisions of this chapter, represented by one divided by the number of months for which the city license was issued, shall be deducted each month as a credit.
