§ 113.056 POSTING OF LICENSES; PUBLIC RECORD.
   Each city license shall be in substantially the same form prescribed by KRS 243.440 for state licenses, and shall be posted at the licensed premises in the same manner prescribed by KRS 243.620 for state licenses. An exact duplicate or facsimile of each city license shall remain in the CABC’s office as part of the public record.
