§ 113.055 PAYMENT OF FEES.
   Upon approval of the application by the CABC, the applicant shall pay to the City Clerk the amount of the license fee provided in this chapter in the form of a certified check, money order or cash. Payment shall be held on deposit by the city pending state license approval and issuance of the city license by the CABC.
