Any person or entity possessing a valid retail drink license, restaurant wine license, or a special private club license may apply for a special limited Sunday sale retail drink license to sell distilled spirits, wine or malt beverages by the drink on Sunday between 1:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. No sale of alcoholic beverages may be sold on Sunday until the applicant has applied for and obtained a limited Sunday liquor by the drink license from the Kentucky Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and has paid all application license fees and costs associated therewith.
