(A) The city shall have the power and authority to issue the following kinds of malt beverage licenses upon proper application and the payment of prescribed fee:

Special Temporary Retail Malt Beverage license, per event | $25 |
(B) A special temporary wine license shall only be issued for the purposes enumerated in KRS 243.260. A special temporary retail malt beverage license shall only be issued for the purposes enumerated in KRS 243.290.
