The city shall have the power and authority to issue the following kinds of distilled spirits and wine licenses upon proper application and the payment of prescribed fee. This section shall not be construed to limit the city’s authority under KRS 242.185(4) and § 113.044 of this chapter, or any other provision of law, to issue licenses permitted by KRS 243.070.
