§ 113.025 RIGHT OF INSPECTION.

The CABC shall have access at all reasonable times, for inspection to all books and records required to be maintained by licensees under KRS 244.150 and shall simultaneously receive copies of all reports submitted by licensees to the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
