§ 113.003 INCORPORATION OF STATE LAW.
   (A)   The provisions of Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) Chapters 241, 242, 243 and 244, as well as amendments and supplements thereto, are hereby adopted as part of the Alcoholic Beverage Control law of the City of Earlington, except as otherwise lawfully provided herein. As used herein “State” means the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and “City” means the City of Earlington, Kentucky.
   (B)   Any violation of state law relating to the sale, production, storing, or otherwise trafficking in alcoholic beverages shall also constitute a violation of this chapter.
   (C)   No person shall sell, deal in, barter or exchange or possess for sale, or for the purpose of evading any law or ordinance, give away any alcoholic beverage in any quantity whatever, or cause the same to be done, without complying with all of the provisions of this chapter and all state statutes and regulations applicable thereto.
   (D)   All prohibitions, restrictions and regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverages contained in KRS Chapter 244 shall apply to alcoholic beverages in the city.
