§ 156.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The State Legislature has, in KRS Ch. 100, delegated to local government units the authority to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the City Council hereby adopts the following flood plain management ordinance, as follows in this chapter.
