§ 92.25 YARD SALES.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      YARD SALE. Items placed in a front yard, back yard, porch, or sidewalks for the intent of selling.
   (B)   Certain conditions declared nuisance.
      (1)   Yard sales shall not be more than three consecutive days. All items not sold shall be packed up and put away out of sight within 24 hours after the sale is over.
      (2)   All signs must be taken down by the person conducting the sale within 24 hours after the sale is over. No signs may be placed on any type of utility poles at any time. Any violation of this provision shall constitute a public nuisance.
