Enforcement Officers shall have the authority to enforce this chapter, which authority shall include, but not be limited to:
(A) Enter upon real estate for the purpose of inspection and enforcement of this chapter;
(B) Apply for and obtain a search warrant, if necessary;
(C) Declare real estate and conditions thereon a nuisance;
(D) Issue notices of violations;
(E) Monitor real estate and declare conditions thereon a nuisance;
(F) Enter upon the real estate and to cause others to enter on the real estate for the purpose of correcting a violation;
(G) File a notice of lien against the real estate;
(H) Cause the lien to be enforced; and
(I) Do all other things and take all other actions reasonably necessary to carry out the intent and purpose of and to enforce this chapter.
