(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter where no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than $100.
(B) Whoever violates § 71.05 shall be guilty of a violation and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $100, in conformance with KRS 189.990(1).
(C) Whoever violates § 71.06 shall, upon conviction, be subject to the same fine as set forth in the fine schedule of KRS 189.394.
(D) Whoever violates § 71.28 shall, upon conviction, be subject to the same penalty as established for this offense in KRS 189A.010.
