2-7-7: DESIGNATION OF HISTORIC PROPERTIES OR HISTORIC LANDMARKS:
The council may adopt an ordinance designating one or more historic properties or landmarks as long as said properties or landmarks meet one or more of the criteria set forth in section 2-7-5 of this chapter. (Ord. 157, 10-24-1989; amd. Ord. 391, 5-8-2001)
