2-7-4: ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY:
All lands, buildings, structures, sites, areas or objects acquired by funds appropriated by the city shall be acquired in the name of the city and operated, supervised, maintained and controlled by the city. (Ord. 623, 4-14-2009)
