A. Design: The Corporate Seal of the City shall be circular in form with inner and outer circles of a regular bead border design. The outer circle shall be one and one-half inches (1 1/2") in diameter and the inner circle shall be one inch (1") in diameter. It shall bear upon the upper portion of space between the two (2) circles the words "City Of Eagle" in gothic style type, and upon the lower portion of the space between the two (2) circles the words "State Of Idaho" in gothic style type. Upon the space within the inner circle and upon the upper portion of the space within the inner circle shall be the word "corporate" and upon the lower portion of the space within the inner circle shall be the word "Incorporated 1971" in gothic style type. Upon and across the center of the space within the inner circle shall be the word "Seal" in roman style type. (Ord. 341, 4-13-1999)
B. Adoption Of Seal: The seal described in subsection A of this section is hereby adopted as the Corporate Seal of the City.
C. Custodian Of Seal: The City Clerk shall be the custodian of the Corporate Seal of the City and shall affix said seal imprint upon all official City documents, records and licenses. (Ord. 1, 5-24-1971)
