8-2A-17: RESTRICTIONS ON OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

A. Building/Zoning Permits: The Zoning Administrator shall not issue a building/zoning permit to any applicant from within the Design Review Overlay District until the design review application has been specifically approved in writing by the Zoning Administrator or Design Review Board and is in full compliance with this Code.
