The license fee for any vendor, solicitor or canvasser, or temporary merchant shall be adopted via resolution of the Eagle City Council. The license shall be valid up to twelve (12) consecutive months, unless restrictions have been established by Idaho Statute or Ada County ordinance limiting authorized date(s) of sales. All fees shall be paid in advance. A separate application and fee may be required to participate in City sponsored events. (Ord. 791, 4-24-2018, eff. 6-1-2018)
