1. Adult Entertainment Facility License. The license fee for an adult entertainment facility establishment shall be $1,500.00 per year, or any part thereof.
2. Employee Permit. The permit fee for any persons purporting to engage in the providing of goods or services to the public in connection with the adult entertainment facility is $250.00 per year, or any part thereof.
3. Payment of Fees; Refunds. All fees are payable to the City Clerk’s office upon application and are nonrefundable.
